Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll provide a return shipping label

  • You’ll receive clear instructions on how and where to send your package

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item:

  1. Return your original purchase

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved

This ensures the fastest processing.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.

Items must be returned:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

  • Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund
